We've discovered a bug in the email connector.

When we send an email to the email connector it leaves a space off between the 14th and 15th words. It also leaves a space off the 30th and 31st, and again on 46 and 47.

So for example if we send an email that looks like this

One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five

The email connector parses it like:

One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three FourFive One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four FiveOne Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five One Two Three Four Five OneTwo Three Four Five One Two Thre...

We have spent some time on testing this, using the sample you attached and unfortunately have not been able to reproduce the same.

Maybe share a few more details such as which mail server do you use, and anything else you may find relevant.

Hope this helps.

We use Office 365. Can't think of anything else that would be relevant.
I checked the Office 365 message trace and the spacing is correct. I believe it loses the spacing after CommitCRM email connector downloads it.

Thanks for adding more details.
It may be the case, we've just so far couldn't have reproduced it.
Or, it may be something with 365, we've seen small glitches there too.
In any case, we will attempt to test this with 365 servers too. Thanks.

Have you had any luck with this? We are still having this issue.

Thank you for following up on this.
Unfortunately we had not been able to reproduce it here despite trying many different things.
In case this occurs with the emails emailed using the Email Template (system or customized ones), you can export the template using the Export button in the Email Templates window and email it to us. You can also forward us the original email that was not processed properly.
Hopefully this would give us a lead. Thanks.
