Is there a way to set the status (not label) of the tickets created by the RMM. Instead of a ticket created by the RMM link having a status of "New" I would want to use a status of "RMM" so it is easier to filter out the tickets created by the RMM. The label side does the exact opposite of what we are trying to do.

Thank you for posting this.

Currently there is no option to set another status for the new RMM Tickets. We will take on your question about filtering out such Tickets.

or another way would be to assign the RMM tickets to a different user
