Some of our employees get this error in their CommitCRM "Access violation at address 07ECB4DD in module 'CmtMail.dll'. Read of address 00000004.".
We use CommitCRM in RDS and settings are same for everyone. Can you help?

It seems like something might be broken with Office APIs on such PCs, maybe as a result for a recent Windows/Office update.
We'd recommend that you'll try running Office Repair and see whether this helps.

Having said that - if all share the "same" installation of office by connecting and having their session run on the exact same RDS, then you should try to figure out whether there are any permission differences between such users. Also try to running RangerMSP as administrator in their session (right click and select the Run as Administrator option) and see whether this helps.
