Hi,

We would like to create contacts using the C++ API, but the documentation for this is missing, and after we dig a bit into the CommitCRM library looks like this functionality is not implemented?

There is any reason for this or do we miss something?

Thank you for posting and asking.

Unfortunately billing contracts cannot be inserted via the API at this time.

You can insert and update other type of records, for example: Accounts, Contacts, Tickets, Assets, Items, Charges, Documents, Appointments, Tasks, among others.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your quick reply.

We have some questions:

Are this planned to be implemented and if yes when?

If this will not be implemented can you please explain why?

Sorry for the questions but this is something we really need since will impact extremely our workflow when creating contracts.

Thank you in advance

You're welcome.

We may add support for it in the future. Demand for Billing Contracts based API isn't high and this is a part of the reason for it not being available already. You can drop us an email at Support@ and share more about your specific requirements, maybe we will be able to think of something that may work or at least have a better understanding.

Hope this helps.

We struck this problem as well when writing our Jupiter Server.
Please add in support for creating contracts into the API, so we can provide support for that in our Jupiter Server API.

Kind regards
