Hello,

We can't seem to paste screenshots into ticket details/notes or charge items. Our Technicians rely on cutting/pasting portions of the screen when troubleshooting or documenting tasks. Am I missing something?

Thanks for asking. You aren't missing anything. These are textual fields that do not accept images, however, have the screenshot saved and drag/drop that screenshot file into the Ticket in RangerMSP, done! It'll be listed under the Docs tab and will open with a simple double click.
