I know we can add contacts to each ticket, and we have always used 'Contacts' as the field when selecting the necessary client site (for multi-site clients) but it would be great to see 'Sites' as an added list and field within any client in CommitCRM. We would like to have the ability to assign sites, and contacts to each ticket, asset, etc...

Has there been any additional thought given to this? I see basically all other MSP/PSA software platforms offer customer site options. We really need to be able to connect a customer to a site then to a contact, whereas now we are just using contacts only for individual sites which is problematic.

Thank you for posting this. As you know, multiple sites should be implemented using Secondary Contacts, where each can hold the full address information of the other location.
We have a request to support Sites in addition to secondary contacts, though I do not know when such a separation get implemented. Thanks for following up on this, we will sure reevaluate this.

Ultimately if we could get a checkbox in the contact form that would make it a “site” then have it appear on the ticket screen as an additional drop down would be awesome n
