Workflows Manager

We REALLY need to have a workflow manager to automate actions/email/status/labels on ticket. Also use it for alerting and customer notification. This is a must have to take CommitCRM to the next level......In my opinion of course.

I wholly agree with this statement. I see things other CRM/PSA tools do and although we love CommitCRM its hard not to think about moving.
