If we set up a company and accounts using the trial version, will this convert over when we go to the paid version?

we are going to be managing another company. Is there a way to export a ticket template from our CommitCRM program into the new company's CommitCRM program?

In case you refer to the Ticket report/Service form you customized, then yes, you can export the custom report from one RangerMSP instance and then import it into another RangerMSP - using the Export and Import option under the Reports menu:
