Is the WebAPI a licensed feature?

The Web API does not require a license of its own, however, it does require that you have RangerMSP Server service activated/licensed in order for it to process requests - E.g. the Web API will if you already use any of these modules: Email Connector, Alerts server for customers, Alerts server for employees, Report scheduler for customers or Report scheduler for employees.
