Hi Paul,

How did you get on? I've been looking to go from a cloud based back to an on-premise solution.

I am looking at N-Central (Solarwinds) again next week.

Best, Steph.

Hey Stephan,

Yes we use Kaseya AV integration which is Kaspersky- but we also use WebRoot which has an integration with Kaseya. We also use Kaseya AM - which is Malwarebytes.

We were using GFI Max RMM but switched to Kaseya VSA. Very good product but I which CommitCRM would have a direct two way integration with Kaseya VSA like they had with GFI Max. It would be a home run for CommitCRM.

Thank for posting this. Noted.

Currently you may use the Automated Emails feature of the Email Connector module to automatically convert email alerts from Kaseya into Tickets in RangerMSP.
You can find more information about configuring it to work with RangerMSP here.

Hope this helps.

We are looking at moving away from MAXRM, it leaves alot to be desired. I also wish that CommitCRM integrated directly with more so we had more options and bargaining power when looking at a new RMM tool. Direct integration makes everything alot easier.

We recently started looking at Naverisk now that ECI has nothing to do with it. Pricing is good, but not as good as others we have seen.

@aaspeer,

Sound like Naverisk is cheaper than MaxRM?
Is Naverisk has those RMM features that MaxRM currently available?

Thank You

Is they anyway of getting the assets from kaseya into CommitCRM? would CommitCRM take it on if we paid for some dev time?

Thank you for posting this and for offering to pay and support this. One of the options that you should consider is to use API by Email in case Kaseya can generate XML formatted emails.

Another option is to use a powerful Assets Import feature to import new Assets/Devices from Kaseya and update existing ones, subject to Kaseya's data export options.

Hello BluePlanet

Looks like the Kaseya API can be used with Powershell.
http://itcloudpro.net/2017/01/14/querying-the-kaseya-rest-api-with-powershell/

If you can get assets out of Kaseya via its API in Powershell then our Jupiter Server can be used in Powershell to create those assets in CommitCRM.
Then such a Powershell script could be automated.

The Kaseya API is already in our roadmap to support.
Send me an email on andrew@dentaur.com if you have any questions.

Kind regards

Andrew
