View Full Version : Must specify account for new ticket charges

Every 1-3 days, when i try to add a charge to a ticket, i have to fill in the account, ticket, contact, etc.

I am entering the charges from the tab on the ticket as usual, and the ticket already has all of that information attached to it.

What causes this?

Thank you for posting this. Interesting, as you know RangerMSP always auto-fill such details automatically and we have not received any other report on this.

Maybe reindexing may help, give it a try (details here). Please remember to take a backup before reindexing.
