Is there a way to integrate CHAT so that it is logged against a ticket?

A ready-to-use integration isn't currently available, however, it should probably be easy to write a custom application based on API to integrate with any chat app you use.

Thank you for asking. We may, though the question whether zapier actually supports calling your on-premise servers is open.

Should be able to if it is wan routable, like CommitCRM web has to be.
