API changes with CommitCRM 16

Has there been any changes to the API with v16? In applications that previously worked, I'm getting "The specified procedure could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007F)" when using the latest CmtDbEng.dll and CmtDbQry.dll.

These two API DLLs rely on other DLLs that have also changed. Please replace all old files you have in the folder you use it from from their latest version found at \RangerMSP\LastVer folder.
