Oooppssss... access violation

we are on version 16 and we are getting access violation at address 00404c96 in module commitcrm.exe read of address 0000017 if message is not clear logout and back in. But it randomly keeps happening . Is this a time out/connection issue?

It is hard to tell what is causing this. Please zip the content of folder \RangerMSP\Logs and email it back to us for analysis, hopefully we will be able to learn more about what is cause.
