View Full Version : No Outlook appointment sync after upgrade to 16.0.0.5

Hello,

This happened after I did the upgrade to 12.0.0.3 as well and there was a subsequent update after which solved the issue. Is this the case for this time as well?

Thank you for asking. We are not aware of any problem with Outlook syncing that starts once upgrading to version 16. In case you face any problem after upgrading please let us know and we will investigate it further (we will need your log files in this case).

Ok I will send the log file by email. I did close out all apps and rebooted PC before asking.

I just discovered the same issue. Upgrade was completed last weekend to 16.0.0.5 and tasks and appointments no longer sync to Outlook. 'Synchronizing' box appears for about a second then goes away, no error displayed. Please advise.

Thank you for posting this. We received similar reports and found a scenario that might cause the issue when running the Outlook sync from RangerMSP application itself.

We have fixed this case in the version 16.0.0.6 that can be downloaded here.
Simply upgrade your version 16 to this latest version 16 and it should work.
