Does the auto reporting function have the ability to email customers say after 1 months, 3 months and 1 year to ask how they are getting on?

Thank you for posting this.

In general, the Report Scheduler for Customer module emails reports based on data stored in RangerMSP database. For example, details of their tickets, billing information, expiring assets, etc.

It is possible, for example, schedule a report to be sent each month/3 month/year with tickets that have completed in this period and the email may contain "Here are the tickets we resolved. Any feedback?"

What the Report Scheduler is not is a generic email scheduler.

oh no., i just purchased the add on too hoping it would email my customers 1 month, 3 months and 1 year after a closed ticket to see how there getting on :-( If it cant do this I want a refund for it, thats what I thought it did
