I customized the tech service form but how do I choose that new form when printing orders?

Answer

First, you should verify that the custom report is available for printing from Tickets Window. You should select the custom report under the Report Window, then click Reports menu and select Make Report available from Tickets Window.
Then under Tools > Options > Tickets (Admin) tab, you can select a default report/form to be used when printing a ticket.
