Is there an option to make a quote template to be used over and over again?

Answer

You should create and managed "template" Quotes under your business Account (or any other dedicated account that you create for this purpose), then - whenever you need to quote a customer you can simply use a template-quote by copying it, unlike quoting from scratch.
