I am running the trial version of CommitCRM on an AWS EC2 instance and successfully configured the web interface on IIS. I would like to try the SQL Database however, I cant seem to run it successfully.
I downloaded the 64 bit CommitCRM SQL database
I followed the steps but I still cant make the SQL run. Upon opening CommitCRM Client, I always encounter a window with "Loading CommitCRM" message and it will close automatically.

Is Advantage running on the same EC2 instance? It does a UDP lookup to "find" the server when it launches.

I assume you added the file in dbsys (i think) that "enables" sql mode?

You may need to specify an ads.ini file - which tells CommitCRM where to find the sql server.

I'm sure support would have better ideas for you.
