Quickbooks Link Not Working On Win 10

We have CommitCRM 5.7 (can't afford to upgrade yet) working on several Win 7 and Win 8 workstations with Quickbooks Pro 2015. I have been trying to get it working on Win 10 but keep getting Error Code 0080040430 stating it needs reauthorized. I have revoked permissions in QB and tried multiple times but on Win 10 it never launches the authorization/certificate window. In order to reauthorize I have to use a Win7/8 computer for the auth window to popup. I've tried running CommitCRM in Windows 7/8 compatibility mode with no luck. Is this an issue with the PC itself or is the software incompatible with Win 10 and an update is required.

Thank you for posting. Version 5.7 is back from 2011 and it does not officially support QuickBooks 2015 nor Windows 10.

Having said that, it may work well but we will need to get to the bottom of the problem such as by analyzing your log files. Please contact us directly (Support @) to discuss this further.
