Answer

An employee can capture a customer signature while viewing the Ticket details and then selecting 'Sign and Print to PDF' from the Actions menu. As a result the page to capture the signature will be shown.
Once signed, the Ticket will be downloaded as PDF to the device and also filed as a PDF document under the Ticket in RangerMSP.

The page that is displayed for the customer to sign does not include any details on what they are signing. Is there a way to include a preview image (maybe clickable) of the form being signed? If the preview is too difficult to implement perhaps the ticket description and resolution in text can be on the page. Or at the very least include the billable charges.

It seems like for it to be binding the client would need to see what they are signing.

Also can you make the window used to capture the signature larger when in landscape mode?

The customer should see all details in the page before you hand them to sign, they see the details, hit the sign option (or you click it for them) and then they sign. On a mobile display it is very hard to show everything on one page, but yes, we get what you're after, thanks. Landscape is also a great suggestion. Thanks.
