Just upgraded to 15. But when I open the program and when trying to open the Accounts window I get nothing (just a blue background within the program). Assets open fine. I am in big trouble. Any ideas?

Thank you for asking. We have received another report on this and it seems like there's a small glitch that happens in some cases that prevents it from showing. For the time being here's how you can solve this:

While logged in RangerMSP with the user that unable to open Accounts/Employees window, visit Tools > Options > Accounts tab and change the default display from List & Complete Details to List. Save. Open the Accounts window and see if that works, it should. When it opens you can quickly switch back to list & complete details using the "Ctrl-E" keyboard shortcut (or the View dropdown menu at the top/right).
