Are we able to specify RMM alerts be delivered to specific customers? We have some clients with a single person in-house IT Manager and those folks are interested in getting the same alerts we do.

Well, you can enable RMM alerts to customers - this will affect all customers, and then, exclude/opt-out the customers you do not want to receive alerts by selecting their customer Account record in the list and from Accounts drop down menu selecting the option to disable alerting. Please do note that disabling alerts to a selected customer will disable all alerts, not only RMM related ones. Hope this helps!

Thanks. This sounds like I'll just setup some Outlook forward rules for the alerts I need to forward until we get more granular control on this.
