Hi,

we are trying to use the "Quick Charge" button in the web interface, but we are experimenting the following issue: we are able to fill in the charge detail, but when we click ok the "Add" button, then the charge is not created, it just disappears.
Is there somenting we are missing or it is a web interface problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot,

Fabrizio

Thank you. Here are few questions that will help us identify what's going on better:

Does this happen with any browser? for all users? only on mobile devices?

Are you able to add charges using the standard way using the new-charge full page?

Please try to clear browser cache and see whether it helps.

Do you see any error after adding a charge?

Does restarting the 'RangerMSP Web Interface' service or IIS (if in use) help?

Please let us know and we will continue from there.

Hi,

we tried using different users and different browsers (Chrome Desktop, Edge Desktop, Chrome Mobile) and the charge is not added via "quick charge", even after emptying the browser cache. We don't see any kind of error: the charge simply is not added to the ticket.

The "New charge" full page works as usual.

After restarting the "CommitCRM Web Interface" service the "quick charge" started working again: could please tell us why this is happening and how to avoid this problem in the future?

Thank you for the update! Interesting! It is somewhat hard to tell what was causing this. You can send us the log files (now or in case the same issue will occur again), we will analyze them and hopefully find the cause, or at least learn more about it.
