Good Morning
This morning my customer scheduled report did no come through, why would this be?
This is a report that usually comes to a customer gmail account which did mot deliver this morning.
I have also scheduled a report to myself at my work address. I set it up last week but it has never come through.
Why would this be
(we have restarted the server earlier this week)
I also still have the issue with the scheduled report not showing the total amount for labour.
the option to include non billable charges in the summary was ticked.

Please verify that 'RangerMSP Server' service is up and running on the server and restart it - it may help specially if your server has recently been rebooted.

Let us know if there is still an issue with reports after restarting the service.
