Hi, I have created a scheduled report - customer charges by Contract. When I run this report in CommitCRM it shows all the charges Total. However when it is generated and mailed as a scheduled report then the charges field is Blank.
How do I fix this?

In general, there is no difference in the report format when the same report is generated manually or received as a scheduled report in case the same filtering criteria is applied for the report.

In case the scheduled report is blank and does not contain any charges data, you should probably review the filtering criteria and date range used for the report. It is possible that no data was found to be shown in the report.

If it has something to do with the report layout - please attach or email us screenshots so we will better understand what's going on.
