Hi

Just updated to version 12.
I'm trying out signatures for tickets using the web interface.
The feature is very cool, and the sig appears on the PDF that is saved to the device.
However when reprinting the ticket the signature is not printed.
I'm expecting that the signature will be saved in the database and tied to the ticket record.

Is this by design or a configuration element that I can set somewhere?

Thank you for asking and for your feedback.

Short answer - The signature is there and you can definitely reprint it.

The customer signature is captured together with all of the ticket details as they are exactly at the time the customer signed. The signed form is stored under the customer account as well as under the ticket itself as a document. You can access it and print/download it as needed. In other words - you can print the customer-signed form anytime. So - look for it under the Ticket as a document.
