Hello support,

We have a strange issue where the report function
fails after some time. We can click on "Reports" or
"export to report" but nothing happens.

The server where CommitCRM runs has to be rebooted before
the functionality returns.

Is this a known issue and can this be resolved ?

Thank you for posting, we are not familiar with such an issue.

I see that we also replied to your emails twice asking for the log files. I checked and noticed that we haven't received the log files yet so I assume that for some reason you have not received our replies.

Please email us your log files for analysis. The log files can be sent using the Help > Technical Support > Send Log Files menu item in RangerMSP and Outlook or by zipping the content of folder <server>\RangerMSP\Logs. In case that the log files are too big to be sent over email please upload it to DropBox/Drive/etc. and provide us with the download credentials.
