How do I hide old contracts after I roll them over to new ones? They clutter the contracts view and make it harder to select the right contract.

Answer

You should complete the status of all old contracts so they won't get in the way anymore.

This can be done either on a contract-by-contract basis (update the Contract Status to Completed and save) or by using the Batch Complete option that will complete any number of contracts at once (follow the wizard to select which ones to complete).
