Hi,

We are going about rebuilding our website and want to completely embed the helpdesk into our WordPress build.

Is it reasonable to expect that this will work seamlessly so that we can wrap our own page around it?

Has anyone done this successfully?

Thanks, Stephan.

Thank you for posting this. You can embed the login section of Web Interface in your website. This article explains how it can be implemented.

Hope this helps.

Just to clarify then, only the login section can be embedded.

Thanks, Steph.

Yes, if you have control over the HTML and Javascript code of the page then it should work.

Embedding the LOGIN section only and opening a new tab for the CommitCRM site seems to be the way forward.

We are looking to then customize the CommitCRM web header and footer with the appropriate html to make it look better.

Thanks, Stephan.

Sure, you can customize header and footer for RangerMSP Web Interface using HTML.
It can be done from Tools > Options > Web Interface tab.
Please note that there are separate header and footer used for mobile layout.

Hope this helps.
