Listing custom Tickets report in the Tickets window

I've created a custom Tickets report, however it is not available for printing from the Tickets window.

Answer

You should select the custom report under the Report window, then click 'Reports' menu and select Make Report available from Tickets Window . Reopen the Tickets window and you should see it.
