Hi.

We have been using CommitCRM for a few years, and we are currently on version 6.0
We are considering an upgrade to 11, but we are also looking at other options.
Our challenge is that our salesforce use a program called Visma Global to do their billing.
This is a program that uses SQL.

Is there any way to integrate the two, so that when we close a ticket, the charges appear in Visma?

I realise that I havn't given you much info regarding the integration, but I would first like to know if it is at all feasable, before I go into a lengthy explanation.

Well, version 6 is a pretty old, you should definitely consider an upgrade :)

In any case, assuming that you plan to upgrade (you can discuss this with us directly over email) then you should be able to use the powerful RangerMSP API to pull data from RangerMSP (like Charges of Tickets closed since a specified time) and push it to any system that you want.
