One of our technical staff has left.

Could you kindly point us on how to remove his email as currently everyone gets the alerts when customer sends in a ticket ?

You can make this staff Inactive by editing their Employee record settings under the Employee tab (this requires SysAdmin privileges). You can also remove the email address under General tab of this employee record.
