Adding access to ScreenConnect

Hi

Is there a way that I can have a link added to the top menu for eazy connection to ScreenConnect thats a cloud base Remote Support System?

We use SC. How would the link work, know which machine to connect to, etc.?

Thank you for posting this.

You should probably configure an Online Service for Accounts or Assets in order to connect to the particular machine on the customer's site).

You will most like need a machine ID so SC will be able to know which machine to connect to, you can store it as an Asset field and use this field as a parameter for the Online Service that you configure.

Please note that the above works with different remote control systems though we do not know whether Screenconnect support URL parameters. You probably need to review their documentation.
