RangerMSP User Question*

I have 2 clients, A and B, both have their own Contracts.
Client B has recently been bought over by Client A and I would need to merge their Accounts.
My questions would be:
1. Will the contract for B be automatically merged under A’s account?

2. Would I be able to utilise the outstanding hours under B’s contract for A?

Answer

Yes, you will be able to use the hours/balance remained for the client B contract.
When using the Account Merge tool, all records are moved from the to-be-merged Account (i.e. client B, that will also get delete once the merge is complete) to the master Account (i.e. client A). It includes Contracts and Charges as well.
