Change default view for the Tickets window

When I open the Tickets window in RangerMSP, I would like Tickets showing in a list only, rather than as List and Details.

Answer

You can change the default view for the Tickets Window from 'List and Details' to List only under Tools > Options > Tickets-1 tab:
