Importing quotes from Quotewerks

When we are importing quotes from QuoteWerks where we have quoted over 24 hours the hours seem to be handled incorrectly. Example: A QuoteWerks quote with 75 hours imported into CommitCRM the ticket starts off already showing that many pf the hours have already time spent.

Thank you for asking. When importing QuoteWerks quotes as Labor Charges, the Time Spent in the Charge is automatically filled with hours amount, however if the hours amount is greater than 24 hours, the Time Spent remains empty as it cannot exceed 24 hours a day.
In general Time Spent is used for tracking Employees actual work time and by default, the Charges created from quote are not linked to any Employee, so having Time Spent on Charges will not affect Employees work hours.

It seems that you'd prefer to keep Time Spent empty for the Charges created from QuoteWerks quotes. We will take a note on this. Thank for asking.
