we are licsense for 15 users and only have about 10 current users.
we have the outlook sync but 3 out of the 10 users do not show the licsense in the help about and they cannot sync.

Thank you for asking. This should be related to file access privilege settings. Please select all files under \RangerMSP\DbSys and re-apply sharing/access-rights in a way that all users have full access rights and all privileges to all files in this folder. Then, re-run RangerMSP by these users and see whether the issue is resolved.
