Is there a way to add groups of clients a sub can access? Adding each one by one is labor intensive and seems to keep changing.

Can we assign customers into groups then subs access to only specific groups?

Each Account a subcontractor should be able to access to should be added specifically to the Accounts access list of this specific subcontractor. You cannot group customers for subcontractors having the inclusion results in all subcontractors getting access to this account automatically. One of the reason for this is to keep full control over which Accounts can each subcontractor see. I can think of cases where having such a feature would be useful (though somewhat risky) and I'll add a feature request for this. Thanks for asking.

Besides, you may filter the Account selection window to have the Accounts selection process faster.

It still takes a long time to add them manually. We have teams for different things so groups would save us big time. So for our phone division, i want to only give access to phone customers. For document destruction, mac's etc.
