Is there a way to print a contract detail report that shows the specific individual charges attached to the contract and not just the block of money?

Sure, you can print the Contract Charges using one of the reports under Charges' Reports section, for example: Detailed Account Charges by Contracts.
When generating the report you can limit it to the Contract by selecting the Contract Code.
