View Full Version : Data loss when adding a contract to an account

Hi,

I am experiencing a data loss problem when I modify an account and then add a contract to it.
The steps to reproduce the problem are the following:

1 - Enter some new data in an existing Account details
2 - Don't save the account
3 - Add a Contract to the account and save the contract
4 - Save the account

After the third step, all the data entered in the first one are lost, even if the account is always been opened in CommitCRM.
Of course an easy workaround is to change the second step in "Save the account", but is there any way to always avoid this problem?

We have managed to reproduce this problem and will look at fixing it.

At this time we recommend you to save Account details before creating a contract to avoid data loss.
