For those with the alert server component, we are getting emails with

[ASSIGNED] CommitCRM Ticket
[INFO] CommitCRM Ticket

Where can we make the change to

[ASSIGNED] XXX-YYY Ticket
[INFO] XXX-YYY Ticket
