When we click the Email button on a ticket it always puts our support email address rather than the customers email. Any suggestions?

The support email address is populated on sending email from the ticket in RangerMSP when the Email Connector is in use, so all email correspondence related to the ticket is managed by Email Connector. Then, when it gets the email it files it nicely under the ticket and also distribute the reply to the customer (all External Recipient for the Ticket).

In case you do not use Email Connector, then verify that it is turned off by running ServerConfig utility from the folder <server>\RangerMSP\Server.
