Copy time spent to the hour amount field

How can i stop it from rounding?

Tools > Options > Charges & Items tab, unselect the option to Round calculated duration. Restart!

Restart what? Commit, IIS, server, client?

Any component that you want to no round anymore, probably RangerMSP client and IIS for the Web interface.
