How do we customize the quote section better? Change font, add our address for our company, etc.?

Answer

You can add your image logo and/or company address under Tools > Options > Reports tab. This will have effect on all reports and forms generated from RangerMSP.

To customize Quotes format further, you should go to Reports > Quotes category > copy one of the Quotes reports - as a result new custom report will be added, then you can click Design button on the toolbar to edit it in the Report Designer window.
