CommitCRM has stopped creating new tickets from failed GFI checks. We've removed all Skip rules and when we check the event logs, the last event was 6/5/15 at 17:55. We have had plenty of failed checks since then and should have had new tickets created. We've restarted services, regenerated the API key and updated the .ini file, restarted the services (and the server again)...everything we can think of. Any help would be appreciated.
