View Full Version : "Ticket Update" emails

I like the fact that we can get updates when a ticket is updated.

However, these emails aren't nearly as useful as they could be. We need to know WHAT was updated? What triggered the email to be sent? A notes field change? What was the old value, and what was the changed value? That's what I would like to be able to tell! That would make these emails MUCH more useful.
