Accounts with unbilled Charges

I can't seem to find a way to view all billable but unbilled charges and then send them to QuickBooks. Is there a way to filter accounts so I only see those who have unbilled charges against their account?

Yes, definitely. The File > New > QuickBooks Invoice... Wizard does just this.

It shows open balances (E.g. just what you wanted - Billable Charges that have not yet been Billed) in three levels - the Ticket, the Contract and the Account - and you can simply invoice it from there.
