I'm getting the following error message when looking at some of my new tickets:

Ooopppsss...
The following message has been recorded:
AssetTbl: Error 7038: Invalid record number.

Any ideas on a fix for this?

Please try stop any RangerMSP client or service - then - thake a backup and only then try to re-index your database (note to anyone else - do NOT re-index your system unless you discuss it with us first!), in case it won't work, please email us directly to further work on a resolution.
