is there a way to have the required parts listed on the ticket so when a tech is dispatched he will see the list of parts on the work order/ ticket?

Thank you for posting this.

Required parts can be added as Product Charges under the Ticket that are printed on 'Technician Service Form including Charges'.
Alternatively you can use To-Dos to enter such parts.
To-Dos are visible for techs from both the application and the Web Interface. Viewing Charges - that depends on user privileges.
